Welcome everyone! This blog is an area where we can all collaborate on shopping, showers, and the big wedding day! It is my hope that by posting things here we can save a lot of miscommunication and large phone bills. This will also let us share pictures and keep track of what we need to tend to! To start things out:
How Max Proposed:
On September 29, 2011 Max and I went for an early morning stroll through Matter Park in Marion, IN (my home town). We took an old Indian trail that follows the Mississinewa river. The trail winds through a dense forest and we had to climb over a few fallen trees as we made our way to the river bank. Luckily it was a pleasant morning! We reached a small clearing that extended into a small rocky area of beach. We walked out to the edge to watch the river flow by, and before I knew what was happening Max was down on one knee! Of course when he asked me to marry him I said yes! Then we skipped back through the park and went back to my house to tell everyone!
